Prohibited Activities:

• Using the service for illegal purposes
• Attempting to access other users' accounts
• Uploading malicious content or viruses
• Reselling or redistributing our services without permission

Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription tiers with different features and pricing.

Payment Methods: We accept MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, and card payments through secure processors.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

Refunds: Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 7 days of payment.

Worker Payments: Disbursements to workers are processed through Lipila. We are not responsible for incorrect phone numbers or recipient errors.

Agricultural Advice: Information provided through TotalFarm.Pro, including AI recommendations, crop calendars, and fertilizer suggestions, is for educational and informational purposes only.

No Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific farming outcomes, yields, or profits. Farming involves inherent risks affected by weather, pests, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all farming decisions and their outcomes. Always consult with local agricultural experts for critical decisions.

Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Our Content: TotalFarm.Pro, its logo, and all content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Data: You retain ownership of all farm data you input. By using our service, you grant us a license to use this data to provide and improve our services.

Feedback: Any suggestions or feedback you provide may be used by us without compensation.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
